Luxury Cornish Holiday Home Details

The house is fully equipped throughout to meet guests every need, providing them with a luxurious and relaxing Cornish holiday. 

The house is laid out as follows;

Ground Floor

  • Bedroom 1 - Kingsize bed with a top of the range hybrid samba mattress and a full height double fitted wardrobe and en-suite shower room
  • Bedroom 2 - Kingsize bed, double sized chest of drawers and hanging area, access to enclosed back patio through (lockable) patio doors
  • Bedroom 3 - Double bed, double sized chest of drawers and hanging area, desk and chair, access to enclosed back patio through (lockable) patio doors
  • Family Bathroom with bath and shower
  • Utility Room with washing machine and tumble drier
  • Boot room from back door
  • Enclosed patio with cold shower
  • Enclosed Garden - Please note that the garden sits 5ft above the patio and is accessed by steep wooden steps, there is a planted dwarf wall acting as a safety barrier, but parents are asked to please supervise children whilst they play in the garden for safety reasons, owners are not responsible for any accidents caused by unsupervised children. 
  • Hot tub - Only available for use with prior agreement with owners (additional cleaning costs associated)

First Floor

  • Bedroom 4 - single bed with double chest of drawers and hanging space, desk and chair
  • Family shower room
  • Sitting room with bi-folding doors leading to front balcony
  • Open plan dining room with patio doors leading to rear balcony
  • Open plan kitchen

There is also a small playground across the road from the house, where children can play in full view from the houses front balcony.

The house has a carport where two medium size cars can be parked for free, guests are requested not to park on the road outside of the house in consideration of our neighbours.

The house a fibre optic cable supporting its wifi, and is perfect for those who may need to study or work during their stay. Two of the bedrooms have a desk, and a third can be provided if required in the master bedroom. A printer is also provided free of charge, but guests are requested to be respectful of the environment, and of their hosts ink cartridges!

Two fluffy white towels are provided per guest for use within the house, and guests are requested to bring their own beach towels for use at the beach or whilst away from the house.

The property has a smart TV which allows guests to log onto all of the major streaming apps, including Apple TV. There is an X-Box One with Just dance provided, and capability of playing DVDs and Blue-ray.

There is a cupboard of board games and jigsaws for the guests to use.

Guests are welcome to connect their devices to the Alexa for music etc.

Cornwall County Council has a comprehensive recycling system, bins have been provided with full explanations of recycling requirements for the use of the house guests. Recycling and general rubbish is collected every Monday, guests are requested to ensure that all rubbish is put out for collection on the Monday of their stay, and again on the Friday before they leave. Failure to follow the recycling system will be charged against the guests deposit, as our cleaners will have to re-sort the rubbish for the Council to take it away.
