The House is modern in style with a reverse living layout that provides guests with amazing views across Perranporth beach and the surrounding hills and cliff tops.
The house is fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday, with it only having been fitted out in late 2020 the furniture and facilities are all new and use the latest technology. As a keen cook, the owner has ensured that the kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use and even those special occasions that require a few more resources. The house is perfect for families or groups of friends who want a relaxing holiday in a luxury home. There is a rear south west facing private garden which attracts wonderful sun throughout the day. If you like to enjoy an aperitif of an evening, then you will love sitting with your feet up on the front balcony where exquisite views of the sun setting over Perranporth beach.
The bedrooms have been furnished with simple luxury, and the best quality mattresses and bedding are provided to ensure guests of a good nights sleep.
The house sits at one end of the town mid way up Liskey Hill, and is a mere 10 minute walk down hill to the town and beach, and for those who enjoy country and cliff walks, you need only step outside the front door for access to a number of beautiful walks amongst the hills and valleys of North Cornwall, or for cliff walks along the breathtaking cliff tops.
Perranporth town boasts many great pubs, cafes and restaurants both in the town and on the beach itself. Three miles long Perranporth beach winner of 'Travellers Choice 2021 Best of the Best' is renowned for its surfing, swimming, kite flying and walking, there is even a sea water swimming pool set into the famous Chapel Rock accessible during low tide.
For those who enjoy a little retail therapy and want something more than the seaside shops of Perranporth, Truro and Newquay are each only 15 minutes drive away (public buses are also available), and the beautiful and quaint towns of Padstow, Falmouth and St Ives are each within an easy 45 minute drive.
